Productivity apps fascinate me. I don't know why. Perhaps, it's because I'm extremely disorganized and (often) highly unproductive. I find these "time-saver" apps on your computer fascinating and just "cool." Occasionally, I find a productivity app that I'd actually would use. Recently, I've fell in love with this program called Texter. What's Texter? Well nowadays, many of us spend much of our time in front of a PC, and what are we doing at the PC (besides pointing and clicking)? We're typing. I don't know about you, but there are a LOT of things that I type frequently - again and again? Such as:
- e-mail salutations
- my e-mail address
- my phone number
- home address
- html tags
- etc.
Well, Texter is a program that allows you to create special keywords (which you define) that will automatically fill in a phrase/word/etc. that you define to that special keyword. Check out this video:
Pretty cool, huh? I'm sure you have your own things that you type again and again, and I'm certain that Texter can save you time (and keystrokes). Check it out, it's totally free!
